Reiki I & II Class in Oregon (In-Person)
Upcoming Dates:
August 22nd & 23rd 2026
September 5th & 6th 2026 (Class Full)
November 14th & 15th 2026
No previous Reiki training is required. Beginners are warmly welcomed.
Before registering, students should have some personal experience receiving Reiki energy. This may be through a professional Reiki session, a group Reiki healing, or another meaningful experience with Reiki. Receiving Reiki beforehand allows you to become familiar with how the energy feels and helps you make an informed decision about the energy you are choosing to connect with through the Placements.
This immersive weekend training combines Reiki I and Reiki II into one comprehensive class. It is designed for anyone who feels drawn to Reiki—whether you are interested in supporting your own healing and personal growth, sharing Reiki with family and friends, or beginning a professional Reiki practice.
Reiki is a gentle energy-healing practice that can encourage relaxation, balance, self-awareness, and overall well-being. Throughout the weekend, you will learn how to connect with Reiki energy and use it confidently for yourself and others.
Both Reiki I and Reiki II Placements, traditionally known as attunements, are given during the class. These guided experiences strengthen your connection with Reiki energy and empower you to practice the techniques taught at each level.
What You Will Learn
During this training, you will learn:
The history, principles, and foundations of Reiki
The standard Reiki hand positions
How to give yourself a complete Reiki treatment
How to provide a complete Reiki session for another person

How Reiki may be used to support specific needs and situations
How to use Reiki to help transform unwanted habits
How to practice distant Reiki healing

A Hands-On, Experiential Class

Practice time includes:
Giving and receiving a complete Reiki session
Practicing self-Reiki
Working with the Reiki II symbols
Practicing distant Reiki
Exploring each of the Japanese Reiki Techniques
Building confidence in trusting your intuition and the natural flow of Reiki
Small class sizes allow time for questions, personal guidance, meaningful discussion, and individual support throughout the weekend.
Continuing Your Practice
Your Reiki journey continues after the class is complete. Students are encouraged to set aside additional time to practice Reiki regularly following the training.
Ideally, you will practice one evening each week for several weeks, or the equivalent, with classmates, family members, friends but most importantly yourself.
